With our Managed VPS plans you are given a VPS with the specifications below and a control panel. Our support team is here to assist you 24/7 with any server side issues you may face. If you experience a problem with your server or just have a question about it, we will be here to answer it or fix it for you. Management also includes PHP recompiles, server side required third party program such as Zend, IonCube, etc. All managed VPSs include a free extensive security setup upon provisioning. All VPSs include Future Protect which makes a backup every 2 hours. All managed servers include monitoring of one service. All VPSs include free incoming bandwidth. Clients with managed services will receive free migration assistance from Plesk to Plesk or cPanel to cPanel. All London VPS offerings have a $7.00 per month surcharge due to higher power costs. |

All servers have an optional management solution. With the managed solution our technicians will be available 24/7 to assist you with any issues you face. On a weekly basis we will run a scan of your server for potential issues and update the operating system and software to ensure you have the latest versions. We will monitor your server 24/7 for httpd and ping failures. If there is one, we guarantee to respond to any outage within 10 minutes. Management also includes: server-required 3rd party software (e.g. ImageMagick, Fantastico, Ruby on Rails, GD library, etc.) This also includes installation of perl modules, PHP recompiles, kernel, PHP, MySQL and Apache upgrades. We will give you unlimited administration time to troubleshoot server issues. The support has a one hour response average with a three hour SLA on responses.
